Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your watch. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective film intact.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24-48 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
